Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Elevate AutoStyling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, before vehicle collection.

2. Vinyl Wrap Services

  • We use high-quality, professional-grade vinyl films from reputable brands.

  • Vinyl wraps are a semi-permanent solution and are not a substitute for paint.

  • Final results may vary depending on the condition of the original paint or surface.

  • Minor imperfections may occur and are considered within industry-standard tolerances.

3. Vehicle Preparation

  • Clients must wash their vehicle 24–48 hours prior to their appointment.

  • Excess dirt, wax, or ceramic coatings may affect vinyl adhesion. Additional cleaning will be charged if necessary.

  • Paint correction, prep work or damage repair is not included unless agreed upon in writing.

4. Paint Condition & Liability

  • Elevate AutoStyling is not responsible for damage to weak, chipped, or aftermarket paint during installation or removal.

  • Vehicles with resprayed or poor-quality paint are wrapped at the owner's risk.

  • We do not accept liability for damage caused by pre-existing issues or structural flaws.

5. Aftercare & Maintenance

  • Do not wash your vehicle for at least 2 days after the wrap is installed.

  • Hand washing is recommended. Avoid automated car washes, pressure washers, and abrasive cleaners.

  • We provide aftercare instructions, and failure to follow them may void any warranty or guarantee.

6. Warranty

  • Vinyl wrap films are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1–3 years depending on film type, color, and conditions.

  • Installation warranty covers lifting or bubbling due to poor application for up to 12 months.

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, weather, poor maintenance,  accidents or poor or resprayed paint work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inform us of any issues with your vehicle that may affect installation (e.g. paintwork, body damage).

  • Ensure your vehicle is empty of personal items prior to drop-off.

  • You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon collection and reporting any concerns within 24 hours.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • Elevate AutoStyling accepts no liability for incidental damage, loss of income, or personal injury related to the use or installation of vinyl wrap products.

  • These terms are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our website or request the latest version prior to your appointment.
